REFUND POLICY
At The Prive Society, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable event experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing tickets.
1. Ticket Refunds
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
If an event is canceled, ticket holders will receive a full refund within [28] business days.
If an event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date. If the new date is not suitable, ticket holders may request a refund within [5] days of the rescheduling announcement.
2. Event Cancellations & Rescheduling
In case of cancellation, all refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified via email and provided options.
3. Transfer & Exchange Policy
Tickets may be transferable to another person if permitted by the event organizer.
Exchanges for a different event or date are not guaranteed and will depend on availability and event policies.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refunds will be issued for inability to attend due to personal reasons, including illness or scheduling conflicts.
Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with the event experience unless there are extenuating circumstances approved by the event organizer.
